Salih sort de la prison et se lance dans la recherche de son enfant et de sa femme Zeyneb qui a quitté, des années auparavant, la maison avec un autre homme… Enfin il la retrouve dans un marginal quartier d’Istanbul mais toute heureuse avec sa nouvelle famille....

Salih gets out of the jail and sets off to find his child and his wife Zeyneb who had left the house years ago with a man. He traces them and finds in a damp and dirty quarter of Istanbul but what appears is a happy family...
