Creating a movie theater
Documents to be submitted :
Copy of the building permit issued by local authorities ;
The approved plan of the movie theater ;
The certificate of conformity relating to town planning ;
The statutes of the company indicating the operation of the movie theater ;
The commercial register shall contain the name of the movie theater and address ;
Two thousand five hundred dirhams (authorization fees).
The operating license is granted after finding the state of the movie theater by a committee of the CCM enforcement officers upon completion of construction and equipment.
