Advertising Spot  
 
To shoot an advertising spot, the following documents should be submitted:

  • An application ;

  • An authorization form (pdf file) duly filled in which is also available on the MCC web site and on production controlling Service ;

  • An order note in the name of the advertiser, when it concerns a Moroccan spot ;

  • A credentials letter for an executive production ;
  • The list of Moroccan technicians with the number of their professional card while observing the quota of 5 technicians holding the professional ID of whom 3 heads of post, for Moroccan or foreign spot ;

  • Work planning indicating the right shooting sites.


    • It is understood that assistants holding the professional ID shall be selected from the following skills:

  • Director or first assistant director
  • Producer
  • Location Manager
  • Sound engineer or sound operator
  • Head operator for sight taking or cameraman
  • Head editor or editor
  • Art director in chief
  • Head make up
  • Head gaffer / Electrician
  • Head machinist
  • Head wardrobe

    In all events, any assistant who is a foreign executive recruited for an advertising spot should show his professional ID or any skill justifying document.

    Moroccan film production companies shall recruit Moroccan trainees, one trainee for eight (8) assistants holding the professional ID card, all skills merged.

    Trainees shall be recruited amongst candidates having submitted a prior application to the CCM.

    The executive production of any Moroccan advertising spot shall be undertaken by a production company agreed by the CCM .

    Application files for shooting authorization should reach the MCC (5) days at the latest before the date of shooting.
    Shooting authorizations are paying authorizations.
