Provision Of Services

Military Assistance and Arms Import Authorization :

In order to benefit from the Royal Armed force assistance, and obtain arms import authorization, production companies are invited to give the following data to the MCC :
  • Synopsis of scenario

  • Detailed List of arms

  • Logistics materiel List

  • The military sites

  • Detail of places and shooting date in the military sites .


  • Application should reach the MCC 30 days at the latest before the applied date.

    Assistance from various civil services :

  • Import Authorization of talkies walkers : to inform the MCC about type, quantity, serial numbers, frequency, spot and period of shooting.
  • Shooting in historical sites : to make application indicating the spots and sites, and the shooting period with mention " closed door or open door ".
  • Helicopters renting from Gendarmerie Royale : to make an application to the MCC indicating the type of engine and the shooting spot and date. The application should reach the MCC 15 days at the latest before the applied date.
  • For any other provision of service, make an application.


  • Temporary import and export Operations of film-making equipment :

    - Such tariffs are applied to each customs statement.
    - Expenses for transportation, fret, trucks and others are incurred by the client.
    Production companies wishing to see the MCC making contacts with the customs for film-making equipment as temporary imports shall :
  • Make an application.

  • sign a commitment to re-export any imported material at the end of the shooting and pay fees and penalties in the event of not observing the commitment content.

  • the detailed list of material and its real value ; in the event of fret import, to show a copy of LTA .

  • for lorry import, to communicate plates numbers, port of destination and date of arrival.


  • Application should reach the MCC 5 days at the latest before the date of operation.
